"Fabulous hotel! Definitely recommend. Location really close to the town and the many restaurants and shops. We ate at the hotel restaurant one night and it was the best meal we had in Goreme. Rooftop views were great, breakfast was great, staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Rooms were great. The hotel arranged our transfers and tours and hot air balloon for us which was really appreciated, and all were excellent!"

"The worst hotel I have been to! For a 5-star hotel and 140 euros per night, it should be worth the price. You can hear all the noise from your room! You can hear all what people are saying and doing in the corridors as well. The wifi is not free, even though it was written free in my booking, but you have to pay extra for it. They gave us separate beds even when we mentioned that we were a couple. The breakfast was so mediocre. And the hotel is getting older with no renovations! While I was at the reception, four other complaints were made as well. It's a big no-no! They refused to refund us, but we left anyway after the first night."
