“We had an amazing stay at Tropical Tides. We had several questions before our trip which were quickly answered - communication and check-in were excellent. We brought our boat and the location was perfect for boating and fishing. Easy to park our trailer and put the boat in the water for our stay. My teen and I enjoyed riding the bikes around the neighborhood and the community pool. House was extremely clean and the most well-stocked rental we have ever stayed in. “Location and views are perfect, the home itself needs love. Lots of things broken. The pool is very clean kept up. The docks are nice. Landscaping is great!! Space in the home is amazing, the screened in porch makes the space huge. We opened the windows and doors and never shut them until we left partially because we couldn't, no idea how to lock the doors. 🤔😂 It was amazing. “The unit was perfect for us..the A/C worked great especially during the highest temperatures ever recorded. We love staying at Venture Out...so convenient to have our boat right there...they have alot of rules but that's what makes it stay nice and calm for us older folks. I would highly recommend this place and will probably rent this again”

“Our family of 4 stayed in this rental for a long weekend. Our kids loved fishing off the back deck and the community pool was very warm with plenty of seats. Everyone in the community was friendly and we had a wonderful experience with Kimberly, the property manager. She was very accessible and answered all of our questions along the way.
