「The house was perfect. Easily enough space for a family of 6 adults with 4 good bedrooms; easy walk down to the water and in to SB. The backyard is amazing, comfortable, private with both hot tub and fire pit. Brent was a very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again!!」

「Reasonable access to Santa Barbara’s attractions and activities. Plenty food markets and eateries in n vicinity. House is clean and well stocked. Great place for 4-6 people. 」

「Fantastic stay- the location near downtown is probably the most outstanding feature for this large house- lots of fun: bikes, ping pong, basketball! The layout functions almost like two separate units which was PERFECT for us since we had two families staying together— allowing for some separation and privacy. Thanks for a great stay. 」

「Had a marvelous time at this lovely home. The home had everything you could possibly need or want. So well stocked. Mark, the host, was so responsive to our questions and provided so much useful information about dining, things to do, etc. The backyard is so private and lush. We had 2 dogs with us and they loved it! The beach is just a few blocks away so easy to walk to. Great overall location! 」

「This is a really excellent house! We were a three-generation party of ten, two grandparents, three kids with spouses and two young grandchildren. The 4 bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, were roomy and afforded good privacy. The open living room/dining area/kitchen area was spacious and well equipped. 「Absolutely AMAZING. Beach is right outside! Interior floor plan was simply perfect. Great area for all of the family to gather around and share tales! The house just felt like our home the second we walked in. The owners provided specifics on restaurants, hikes & things to do. Everything worked perfectly. Plenty of parking with ease to access. Bottom line: Hands down this is the best house we have ever visited and our plan is to be back soon. 」
