“Jennifer's Cottage Room in Summerland, CA was a cozy little refresher. Trees and vines make for an intimate green space (check out the pictures.) Jennifer's was my getaway from noise, cement and traffic in LA. Great for a single or a couple. Summerland, California is a nice little sea side town just minitues from Santa Barbara. There are a wide variety of activities in the area, sun and sand, surfing lessons, vineyard tours, horseback riding--something for everyone. Just go and enjoy yourself!”

“This VRBO was so beautiful! Located in a more upscale, friendly neighborhood. People in the community were so approachable and went out of their way to say hello! Here are the highlights: spotless and clean, comfortable bed and couch, big living room, plenty of closet space, modern bathroom with a “rain” style shower, gorgeous Bali-inspired decor. “The condo was very clean and comfortable! It had everything we needed, kitchen supplies, plenty of clean extra towels and relaxing ambiance. We enjoyed strolling through the sleepy little town and shops, and over to the beach for nice walk. Easy to grab a cup of coffee down the street, or have an afternoon beer at the Burger place. I could have spent all day in Godmother's Book Store! We appreciated the snacks and beverages offered by the hosts. Natty was polite, helpful and responsive. Would……

“Room was very clean. You can’t beat that view of the ocean!”

“Overall: Not a good experience. Poor Quality.Doorframes were crooked which led to drafts in the room. Didn't advertise poor construction of room either. For over 200 a night, I felt my value could have been better spent at a motel 6. Towels had stains and the bed was semi dirty. Lots of pill bugs wandering the bathroom.”
