“I liked the quiet the proximity to the event I was attending just what I needed”

“This VRBO was so beautiful! Located in a more upscale, friendly neighborhood. People in the community were so approachable and went out of their way to say hello! Here are the highlights: spotless and clean, comfortable bed and couch, big living room, plenty of closet space, modern bathroom with a “rain” style shower, gorgeous Bali-inspired decor. This place is located on the 2nd floor (top floor). Loved it because there was no noise. Even during the 4th of July weekend, it was peaceful and……

“This place was not only spotless but also very tastefully designed and had everything one needed to feel at home. The area was very quiet and the grounds were so zen like and appropriately designed. Communication was very good and I cannot think of one negative thing to say. I highly recommend staying here if looking for a place to relax and unwind!”

“The room itself was nice and well stocked. Good appointment to detail. It had nice views. Our concern was the double flight of stairs as both suffer from back issues. Would stay here again as my relatives live in a nearby town.”

“Overall: Not a good experience. Poor Quality.Doorframes were crooked which led to drafts in the room. Didn't advertise poor construction of room either. For over 200 a night, I felt my value could have been better spent at a motel 6. Towels had stains and the bed was semi dirty. Lots of pill bugs wandering the bathroom.”

“This rental had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Walkable to Summerland restaurants and the beach.”

“Wonderful 3 days at property! Tranquil vibe with panoramic views of ocean! Colorful flowers enhance this tree lined oasis! Every detail accounted for! Our host Aidan, was respondent and courteous! Would, will book again!”

“We had a wonderful stay! Everything we needed was there. It was very clean, aesthetically pleasing, enjoyed our private outdoor area as well as the community space. The owners were helpful and communicative to any questions we had as well as it was evident in their attention to detail that they take care xtra care of the property. Looking forward to coming back soon!”

“Perfect location. Very quiet town close yo nice beaches and to Santa Barbara with the charm of a small town.”

“Immaculate place! Everything was amazing the pictures don't do justice this place is very clean, georgous and calm. Location is fabulous there's a coffee shop near by. Summerland Town is about 12 minutes walking. I'll definitely recommend everyone to stay here. Thank you Natty for the wonderful communication.”

“Lovely place! Super well maintained gardens and very cute little town. We wish we had more time to explore and enjoy the gardens.”
