“Jennifer's Cottage Room in Summerland, CA was a cozy little refresher. Trees and vines make for an intimate green space (check out the pictures.) Jennifer's was my getaway from noise, cement and traffic in LA. Great for a single or a couple. Summerland, California is a nice little sea side town just minitues from Santa Barbara. There are a wide variety of activities in the area, sun and sand, surfing lessons, vineyard tours, horseback riding--something for everyone. Just go and enjoy yourself!”

“This place was not only spotless but also very tastefully designed and had everything one needed to feel at home. The area was very quiet and the grounds were so zen like and appropriately designed. Communication was very good and I cannot think of one negative thing to say. I highly recommend staying here if looking for a place to relax and unwind!”

“This VRBO was so beautiful! Located in a more upscale, friendly neighborhood. People in the community were so approachable and went out of their way to say hello! Here are the highlights: spotless and clean, comfortable bed and couch, big living room, plenty of closet space, modern bathroom with a “rain” style shower, gorgeous Bali-inspired decor. This place is located on the 2nd floor (top floor). Loved it because there was no noise. Even during the 4th of July weekend, it was peaceful and……

“This rental had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Walkable to Summerland restaurants and the beach.”

“Overall: Not a good experience. Poor Quality.Doorframes were crooked which led to drafts in the room. Didn't advertise poor construction of room either. For over 200 a night, I felt my value could have been better spent at a motel 6. Towels had stains and the bed was semi dirty. Lots of pill bugs wandering the bathroom.”
