Good, friendly communication. Very clean. Fun porch with view. Coffee, tea, sparkling water and doggie treats greet the visitor. Be aware of footed tub shower and lots of stairs-fun for most folks, tricky for one of us.

Short drive to hikes and good restaurants. Nice view while eating breakfast at the house, and had a great breakfast at the Summerland Beach Cafe which is a short walk. If you make coffee, use the Krups over the Mr. Coffee which is very slow. The hosts were very responsive to questions. Would definitely ...

Loved the accommodations, spotless clean, great amenities for a family, wonderful location, and wonderfully spacious. Only caveats were having box deliveries on 2/4 days we were there, and some loud noises early on Friday am due to work on the building.
