"I’d stay here again if I was in the area. I came for a weeklong art workshop about 15 minutes away. Great location for where I needed to be.The host was very responsive to my questions, and she was always available.The house was spacious, nicely decorated, and had great indoor/outdoor space to cook and eat and entertain. The A/C worked quickly, and there were lots of ceiling fans if you don’t want A/C. It was quiet day and night and we slept great from the first night to the last.Lots of parking and great views."

"The house was spacious, very clean and very well stocked. The views were amazing! It’s a great house to park your group read, explore the property, cook, play games and hang out.There were a few issues, some were immediately resolved and others could not be during our stay. The owner was extremely accommodating as he could be and the management company responded swiftly to our questions. The house was not nearly as light and airy as the images show. The chairs could all use new cushions. Our greatest issue was the drive up the hill to get to the house. You won’t be able to get up to it without 4 wheel drive (which the description states) and the road is narrow and winding. Just be aware - the comments are 100% correct and yes, there are some hairpin turns. FYI- It is also not walkable to town."

Relaxing Farmhouse, pet friendly, walk to town

"The house had everything we needed for our family visit. The location near the playground and the library was ideal, as our 2 young granddaughters used them both on several occasions. The fenced-in backyard was also wonderful for young children. We saw deer out there a couple of times!With a few tweeks, this place would be even better. One suggestion is to remove some of the decorative objects. They got in the way, leaving very little room for our toiletries, hair tools, etcetera. They gather dust (especially the fake floral arrangements) and with young children along, we had to be very careful for fear they might break things. Also the furniture cushions on the larger porch were badly torn and should be replaced.- That said, we were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely consider reserving again."
