「We had such a good time here--it is a true lake house. There was plenty of parking--8 cars and 16 people. The beach was wonderful for the kids and adults, they could swim on beach or off the dock with no problem. There was plenty of room for 2 boats. The yard was big enough to play volleyball and other outside activities. The closed in porch was perfect. We had 2 dogs and they also loved the yard and porch!! The inside was clean, plenty of beds and room for all. There were 2 refrigerators...

「I booked this cottage as a surprise trip for my husband's Birthday and we had the best time celebrating with our family! There was enough space for us all to eat our meals together and sleep comfortably. We tied our boat up to the dock and took it out daily for fishing trips. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and hours out on the dock fishing. This was the perfect place for our little getaway!」

「SC was the fifth leg of our vacation on the East Coast. This property was ideal for relaxing after a hectic few weeks. Ty is a wonderful communicator and has a heart for hosting. He went so far as to have supplies delivered (paper towels, coffee, trash bags, etc…) to make our stay more comfortable. The cleanliness of the unit was superb and the property was comfortable and offered us room to spread out and rejuvenate. Thank you, Ty for a wonderful stay. 」

House was equiped with everything we needed, very cosy, and my girls and I played lots of cards, giving us quite a few belly laughs. Would highly recommend for the price and would sray again! Goat Island restaurant is so close you can walk too if you want a meal, beverage or entertainment. 」
