"The property, the staff, the manager... all were great. Chalet kitchen was pretty well stocked but no bowls! Note: as is often the case in rentals, no salt or pepper in the kitchen :) Expedia let us down in contacting Sundown to make adjustments but Sundown Manager corrected them and all was well in the end."

"Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk was not aware of our reservation. We had to spend more than 15 minutes proving that we had indeed booked a room at this hotel. Once we finally accessed the room, several issues became apparent. There were no towels available, and when we asked for assistance, the staff was unable to help, forcing us to find towels ourselves. "The rooms were very nice, clean and big. The only thing that was off was the toilet being separate from the showers and sink. So you would have to use the bathroom then come out into your room and wash your hands where the shower and sink was located. The staff were GREAT. Especially Gontse and Patricia. Always going the extra mile to help and make things convenient. Nice breakfast buffet with a variety to choose from. They even had chicken sausage for those who don’t eat pork. Megan, our guide...
