“The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge. There are a few other instances of this un-attentiveness that I will spare the details of.

“The room was clean, up to date, and bed was comfortable. Security and staff were very courteous. Was walkable to several restaurants. There is a wonderful Indian restaurant within walking distance as well as coffee shops. Around the corner is a restaurant with an American breakfast on the menu.
