Welcome to our Sun Valley mountain home just steps away from the base of Dollar Mountain. Located within walking distance to the Sun Valley Mall, home to dining, shopping, and the year-round outdoor ice skating rink, as well as the Summer Music Pavillionhosting the Sun Valley Symphony.
Our first-floor home was recently renovated and it includes 2 big-screen TVs with cable and streaming capabilities, WiFi, a washer and dryer, a heated bathroom floor, and a lyft bed. This unit is suitable for both business and personal vacations.
Located steps away from the unit is a modern clubhouse with a jacuzzi, games, TV, kitchen, shower, and washer and dryer. In the summer there is an outdoor swimming pool, grill, and an outdoor fireplace available to guests.
Transportation, to Ketchum and the base of Bald Mountain, is located near the entry to this beautiful complex. Enjoy yourself in the prestigious Sun Valley destination.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
