Good location

The property is a good location however the attention of the little things that make a vacation easy were missing. The Kitchen was very cheaply equipped, there was limited paper towels, garbage bags, kitchen dish soap, washing detergent, no klennix, and one small bundle of firewood.....all apparently to save money, not provide guests with enough supplies for five nights. . The 10 AM check seems an unreasonable check out time and when I asked for one more hour to check out I was told that wasn't allowed. Feels like a rental.....Won't book here again.....

Sun Valley Stay

Great condo...wonderful location. The club house was under construction so we weren't able to utilize the hot tub or game room. Other than that, the space was perfect with great accomodations. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Old and smelly

I rented this property to enjoy time hiking with my family and my best friend whom I haven’t seen in several years. When we arrived, the unit was extremely hot and smelled like a dead animal. Additional the carpet was dirty and the furniture was old and worn out. I called the property manager to see what we could do about the smell and heat since there was no AC or fans. She wouldn’t talk to me on the phone, only by text. When I persisted, she said she could get some fans the next morning and try to bring air purifiers to neutralize the smell. I told her it wasn’t livable that night, yet she did nothing to accommodate us. We stayed in a hotel the first night on our dime, and then came back to the unit for the rest of the 10 day stay after they brought fans and purified the air. The unit was livable, but not a pleasant experience - especially for what we paid per night. A little customer service would have gone a long way to improve my experience!

Disaster - Property wasn’t cleaned from previous tenant and no communication to remedy from property

This entire stay was a disaster. Upon checking in and following the check in instructions (codes didn’t work), we realized the door was unlocked so we let ourselves in. The property had not be cleaned from the previous renters. Beds were unmade, dirty towels on the floor, dirty bathrooms, unflushed toilets, trash in the trash cans. We immediately contacted the property manager via email and phone and got voicemails and no response from the email. When we finally got a response they said they were looking into it. I’ve been contacted VRBO and was told that these were minor issues and that they would also look into it. The management company did not send anyone out to clean the property and we were forced to find another place to rent just a few doors down. During our state, they never sent anyone to clean the property and they never reached out to try to remedy the problem. Upon leaving, I did one last check to see if they had ever come to clean the property as they never followed up via phone or email. I walked through the property again, and it was exactly as it was when we checked in. This management company is terrible. I would not deal with them in the future if I didn’t have to. There was even a note from the actual owner of the unit, apologizing and telling me how embarrassed he was at the management company had not clean the unit. I am seeking a full refund.

The stay was nothing short of great! Great location, over communication, and amenities for the price was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked to help create a great cooking environment. Club house was easy to access as well! Would highly recommend this unit!

The place was great, cozy and just what we needed but the dishwasher had over flowed and the there were mouse droppings in one of the bathrooms which was a minor setback. Would still return.

The location is great. It is a comfortable condo, but it is very outdated. In addition, there was no washer as advertised, and one of the balconies had a large box on it which rendered the balcony unusable.

Needs significant updates

Caution before renting. For the majority of our stay we did not have use of the washing machine. Unit is outdated with old carpet everywhere in the unit including the bathrooms. Nice location if you can past the above.

Mid- Winter Break

Great size, comfort and accommodation for my 2 kids (15 and 11) and me. Proximity to Dollar Mountain was super convenient as the kids skied there. Club house was finished and great for apres ski hot tub relaxation. The club house is very nice. I would stay here again.

Last minute trip

Great location. Easy walk to the Sun Valley Lodge. House was clean and well equipped. Being able to use the two bikes was a nice surprise. We were even able to use Lyft to Ketchum for dinner. Easy check in and check out.

The view!!

This house was really enjoyable. There is a ton of space, everything is well spread out with plenty of chairs, couches, and beds. The host is very generous in leaving plenty of basics from paper towels to soap and shampoo. They also generously left the use of their bikes around town which saved us a lot of money and time. We really enjoyed the proximity to sun valley and Ketchum, as well as being on the town bus route. The pool and hot tub were nice with beautiful views, and we loved sitting on the back balcony to watch incredible sunsets or stargaze. We would definitely stay again.
