Stay IN TOWN at a cozy French Alpine Ski Chalet

We look forward to making you feel at home in our completely remodeled 3BR/2BA condo using imported elegant European Alpine furnishings and tasteful Alpine architectural details The soft honey-colored Fir/Larch wood paneling used throughout the house and the wide-plank bleached pine wood floors give you a cozy mountain chalet feel while letting in the bright sunlight so famous for Sun Valley.

Our upstairs private cozy master suite with ensuite bath/shower offers soft wood paneling, pine floors, a slanted roof, and sumptuous Italian drapery fabric. A 48' wall-mounted plasma HDTV can be viewed from your queen-size Euro pillow top bed. A portable AC unit is provided during the summer months and year-round there is s a ceiling fan.

Downstairs there is a twin-bed guest room wrapped in red French toile wallpaper and a charming built-in wood-paneled children's bunk bedroom. Fans are provided for downstairs bedrooms during the summer months.

The downstairs bathroom has an ample, modern glassed-in shower area with a large hydro massaging shower head, a custom built-in sink with an Italian white marble countertop, and a discrete but spacious, fully functional laundry closet equipped with a large stack Bosch washer and dryer.

The kitchen is compact but well-equipped. There is a five-burner gas stove, a complete set of gourmet Al Clad pots, a microwave, a dishwasher, full dinner service for 12, and a Nespresso coffee maker.

The living room is a cozy well-appointed room with a wood fireplace. A backlit built-in bookcase area with a 42' wall-mounted swiveling Smart LG and iPhone dock speaker (good for most devices.)

Additional amenities include a 570-square-foot wrap-around deck with Adirondack seating and a dining table that seats up to six; a heated storage room with a private locker for ski equipment and an outside bike area.

While we pride ourselves on the quality of our interiors, we do recognize that our condo building, built way, way back in the 1970s, is in need of some cosmetic exterior stucco care and paint. Each year we work diligently with our Home Owners Association to have some TLC work done to our exteriors and landscaping. Please excuse the look of our outside until it is finished.

Our property has met all regulations for a 2022-2023 Ketchum Short-Term Rental Permit.
