This 4-bedroom/3-bath penthouse condo sleeps 9 and has 2,800 square feet of living space. This two-level unit has a third-floor entry accessed via an elevator from the underground parking garage. There is a spacious kitchen and dining room that seats 6 with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The living area has a gas fireplace and a large deck area with great views of the surrounding mountains. The living room has a 39-inch flat-screen TV and wireless internet. There is a loft open to the living room below with a double futon, a game table, and bookshelves. The condo does not have a telephone and does not have A/C.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a 28-inch flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and a private door leading to the deck. The en-suite master bathroom features stone-tiled countertops and floor, a jetted tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a sauna. The second bedroom, located just down the hall, has another king bed. Next to this bedroom is a hallway bath with a stone-tiled walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds. There is one more hall bath located between the third and fourth bedrooms with another tiled shower. A laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer is located on the main level just to the right of the entryway and includes a place to store skis.

Complex Features: Summit Condominiums are located beside the Elkhorn Plaza and within walking distance of the free shuttle. There is a community hot tub on site. Elkhorn Resort amenities are NOT included. There is NO access to the resort pools, hot tubs, golf or tennis.

Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
