Located in NW Ketchum this upscale 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom is all on one level and this corner condo offers approx.1000 square feet of living area and will sleep up to 4 guests. As you enter the condo there is a hallway that leads to the Master bedroom with a Queen bed, 18-inch flat-screen TV, and mountain Views. The master bath is spacious with a dual sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. Located in the hallway is a stack washer/dryer.
Down a hallway from the front entry is the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The kitchen has granite countertops, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a 36-inch flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, sofa sleeper, and views of the mountains. This area also has a dining table that seats 4 and access to the large deck with Mt views, gas grill, table, and chairs for enjoying the outdoors.
You will find the second bedroom off the living area with a Queen bed and access to a hallway bath with a single vanity and sunken bathtub with shower. This condo gets great light with large windows in the living area and bedrooms. Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located near the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and overflow parking outside the complex.
