Satisfying five-night stay
I had a 4nt stay here & stayed another night bc Yeosu is so great! I booked a single figuring the extra 3 sq.m. don't justify the price difference, especially since I'd be out all day.
The city view was nice as Yeosu is such a pretty city from all angles. The room was cramped. You'd think there'd be better planning so as to maximize the tiny space: 3 coathangers - the rack was so close to the wall, you couldn't hang much. On the desk was a large tray that took up space. There's a kettle but no coffee or tea. There's an emart 24 downtstairs but do I really need to buy a whole box of coffee for a few days' stay? Also a hairdryer which I don't use but had nowhere to put it. The mini-fridge had free water, which was nice after a cold day & they replenish it daily.
I had an emergency one morning & learned that the clunky phone doesn't allow outside calls, only to Front Desk, yet more space taken up on the desk. Why not have a simple wall unit? The TV only had Korean channels
The bathroom was big for a room that size but could use a small shelf & hooks. They say housekeeping is by request but they come daily to make the bed & replace items. Very clean, which I appreciated.
The woman on day staff early in the trip was AMAZING & so helpful! I wish I got her name (May 21-23). The guy in the evening was a useless tool however.
Why hotels.com doesn't have a summary rating for Location is beyond me but Hotel Kenny is in the perfect location for easy access by foot or bus to everywhere.

Mieux vaut n'avoir besoin de rien
Très bien situé pour découvrir la ville. Restaurants à proximité. Check in autonome où on ne voit personne. Si besoin il y a un QR code pour appeler quelqu'un en espérant que la personne parle anglais. Parking pas évident sans aide ni traducteur. J'ai préféré me garer dans une rue à côté. Petit déjeuner buffet avec belle vue où il y a quelqu'un. Rooftop très sympa.
Surprenant de ne voir personne car on peut avoir besoin de conseils et informations. Ce système présente sans nul doute des avantages mais le contact humain reste indispensable selon moi dans les relations commerciales.

구시가지 중심부의 신축건물로서 접근성과 청결함이 돋보입니다. 객실은 작으나, 수압이 세고 냉난방이 잘되며 전망도 참 아름답습니다. 다만 비용절감차원에서인지 접객과 컨시어지서비스가 없는 점은 좀 아쉽습니다. 가성비와 편리함에서 참 뛰어난 호텔입니다.

주차타워형 주차 이용하기쉽게 잘 설명되었어요.
무인 체크인도 키오스크 보편적 이용하기 쉬웠습니다.
칫솔등 무 비치라 구입하려 하였으나 자판기등이 미설치라 24시 편의점 이용하였구요.. 아침식사도 뷔페식으로

단체손님 위주로 운영하며 조식도 가격에 비해 질이 낮음
