The three bedrooms (one with two bunk beds) allow for a large family or even two families to comfortably share the space. 「If its all about location, this is a fantastic spot! Good views, good distance to cottonwood canyon skiing, and good distance to shops and dining. The space was spread out enough so we felt we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped, all required dishes for making food. The spice rack really stood out. There is plenty of hot water, but in the shower the temperature can change unexpectedly, so be careful!! We could hear the family in the house upstair playing piano and getting ready...

「This is a basement space converted to 3 bedrooms and one bath. There is no central heat, only wall heaters and a gas fireplace to keep the chill off. Worse the upstairs is a larger space and the noise from those renters was relentless. Even worse the space does not meet building or life safety code (only one egress) for what is basically a commercial housing unit. We left after the second day when we found out a party of over five was moving in that afternoon. I would not recommend this unit...

「Everything was nice and clean. We stayed for couple of hours only so didn’t get a chance to feel it. The only thing is that property was very far away from every nice location and unfortunately owners didn’t see my reservation and when we were there they were not ready for us. It wasn’t anyones fault but because of this i was late for other places i was supposed to be seeing. Otherwise rooms are nice and clean, Everything looks very cozy and if you are going to visit Utah for a couple of days...
