「Friendliness of the staff 」

「Worth for money we spent. Friendly people in the reception as well as in their rooftop. Good breakfast. Overall if I am in Delhi again, then I would prefer to stay in this Retreat.」

「I stayed at the Evergreen Suites for a couple of week while doing some work locally. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was generously sized and comfortable. A short walk from the Defence Colony shopping area and cafes etc made for a convenient location. 」

「We had a lovely stay.The TV would not connect so after they could not rectify they moved us to another room. The breakfast was great staff helpful and friendly.The hotel was relatively close to Delhi Attractions. Overall a lovely stay Thankyou 」

「It was a nice stay, we had a very good airport transfer organizer by the hotel and we were checked in late at night. Breakfast was good.」

「It's a very nice family place. Good atmosphere. And very helpfull all the way, even helping to buy train ticket. Great stay. It is in a very nice neighbourhood away from noise and pollution. This is the best location near the Taj Mahal. 」

「This property did not allow me to stay since I does not have Indian Passport. They not even know what is OCI card. I just checked next door hotel and they gladly accepted me as their guest. Expedia does no verification of the Hotel quality or staff behavior. A horrible experience with the hotel and Expedia. For no reason this review getting rejected. 」

「They didn't have my room, i was transferred to the hotel close to m called batra Holliday home which was worst than them. dirty, AC was was not working all the time and management was terrible, the area it self for both hotels were were terrible and smelly not recommending these tow hotels at all, such a waste of this much money in that area with these hotel managments.」

「This is the worst stay I have ever had. Linens were smelly, in tatters and as if never washed! Bathroom too dirty and broken to use! Noisy with staff talking loudly all night. Furniture and beds broken! Very unhygienic and unsafe place to stay. Should not be listed on Expedia.」
