Our house is a detached family home in the Echterfeld residential area of Langscheid. The house was built in 2002 and is therefore technically up to date. Over the summer months, our holiday guests generally live in the entire house on their own, so rest and relaxation are guaranteed from the very first minute. The house is well maintained and modern.
The apartment comprises the 110 square meter main apartment of the house, on the ground floor there is a granny flat, which is very little used from March to October.
The sunny and quiet non-smoking holiday home offers you maximum privacy. You can enjoy the advantages of a family home from the moment you arrive. This includes the hillside garden, the seating on the benches either in front of the house or on the shady balcony behind the house, with a wonderful view of the Sauerland landscape. Often it is small things, such as the free use of the massive double garage for your vehicles, that give you the feeling "I am at home here"
The holiday home is of high quality, there is parquet in the living room and there is a cork floor in the master bedroom. The floors of the kitchen, hall and bathroom are tiled.
In addition to the high-quality equipment on site, you can also expect more than standard in the additional services. This includes free wireless Internet access and the 5.1 Bose home theater system should also be mentioned.
In the double garage you can of course store your entire sports equipment equipment safely during your stay, in addition to your vehicle.
living room
The living room has an infotainment area equipped with two high-quality sofas. Here you can expect a 40 “flat screen TV and a Yamaha / Bose 5.1 sound system. The satellite receiver has a hard drive for program recordings and a BluRay player. In the cill area, a small rattan seating corner awaits you to relax or read. For the not so warm season, the cozy ambience is rounded off by the open fireplace.
Bedroom I
The bedroom has a double bed 180x200cm with bedside tables and reading lights, wardrobe and another 40 “flat screen TV with satellite receiver.
Bedroom II
In the bedroom there is a double bed 160x200cm with bedside tables, reading lights, a small wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Youth bedroom
In the bedroom there is a futon bed 140x200cm with bedside table and reading lights. In the room there is also a "bad weather" Cill corner with sofa bed, flat screen with satellite TV and a Sony Play Stadium 2 with two controllers.
bath
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin with mirror cabinet, a toilet and a hairdryer.
kitchen
The kitchen with large dining area has a friendly built-in kitchen with all the usual electrical appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer) so you will find full equipment here. In addition to meals, the cozy dining area in the kitchen also invites you to linger over good conversations or board games.
WC
On the ground floor there is another toilet with a large hand wash basin.
