"The overall experience was great. Very new and spacious. Free parking. All staff are very nice and helpful.
It would even be better if the following can be improved:
In-room switches
- I am not sure if it is the switches ' probelms or my problem but I can never turn it on or off by one time. I have to try several times, with long and short presses before I can turn them on or off. Sometimes frustrating.
Swimming Pool and gym
- would expect a larger swimming pool or gym. Can be quite crowed for four ppl swimming at the same time.
Breakfast
- would expect more varieties with this price, such as tomato or cucumber to go with the salad. Dimsum in ideal temperature. Bacons can be hotter. Deep fried dishes such as spring rolls were covered and nth were crispy. What a waste.

"First, its location is very close to Penang International Airport and that's the only reason I switched to this hotel because of taking an early morning flight. It's just 15 minutes for Grab. The check-in process was very smooth and highly efficient but not up to the previous standards of Mariott hotels I stayed. The room was generally acceptable but there was no toothbrush provided and the toilet seat was even not installed well for use. The problem was soundproof. Throughout the night, you heard walking sound and moving chairs on the floor above and even the snoozing of travelers in another room on the same floor."
"Room is clean and the blue mansion is very beautiful indeed. The breakfast is a semi-buffet and very tasty. AC is very strong and the room offer cool respite from the heat"
"The mattresses, sheets, and pillows were all very comfortable, which is essential for travelers. The indoor swimming pool, though small, had a nice ambiance and lighting design, especially in the evenings. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help me, a traveler with limited English skills, for which I am very grateful."
