"The Kitchenette was clean and equipped with good supply of cutlery, crockery, tea and breakfast cereal, cleaning agents, sponge tea towel, paper towel.The bedroom, shower and spa was clean, spa takes about 30mins to fill, which is fine, just be aware if you are short of time. Clean and plentiful supply of bathroom towels."

"Sam is an incredible host. Her communication was next level. It was so lovely to arrive and see a beautiful Christmas tree half set up for us to be able to finish decorating with the kids. The whole place is very modern and decorated well which was very relaxing especially with young children and not having to worry about there being excess items around the property that could be at risk of getting accidentally broken by them. The whole experience was so relaxing and exactly what we needed at Christmas. "

"The house was very spacious and the amenities good too. The location to beach was walking distance and short drive to village. The upstairs deck was very inviting especially on those warm evenings. We used the fireplace as the weather was cooler. That created a coay ambience for the family to be together. "

"Very clean, lots of room and a 15 minute walk to all the great restaurants on main street Mornington. We were a little worried about noise as Nepean Hwy was at the rear, but with windows closed it was very quiet. Will stay again!"
