Because the obviously awkward Way this establishment does business.. the front desk worker's ( ALL) are at my front door again asking me to leave because I am not a guest I have had to pack and leave Early 😔 this time it was a full day we lost I didht get My deposit or compensated for the mistakes that' were made.. nothing was said at check-in except that they were sorry that' they made the same mistake just days earlier.. I had to wait to post this because any sooner would have resulted in a much more brutal message.. we are angry embarrassed and will continue to request our money back untill they one of The two parties Make this right.. in total we have lost the money it' cost for 3 nights and two 50 dollar deposits.. I need this resolved now an attorney is already involved today better be the day that' the money be returned

This place gets worst by the day, it even feels dangerous to stay at. The room was very dirty, holes in all the sheets, room has weird stains on the walls. The person next to us, I’m pretty sure he lives there with two big dogs, people coming in and out of his room all night. The rooms smell like urine, the young man that works at the concierge has a horrible attitude. Do not stay here, not sure why the city even allows this place to stay open.

First off when we got there they didnt have our room right and then they showed pic of pool which is the only reason i went here but ended up being closed in middle of summer. When we got in room remotes didnt work to our tv and there was a flickering bulb in overhead light. There was a giant hole in the floor where the linoleum was lifting and almost cut all three of our feet cause it was sharp to the feel

The room was very old the ac didnt cool the room I went to tell the staff whom told me the maintenance man would come check it, which no one ever came. It was so hot and hard to sleep. I asked to switch rooms but was told it was full. But I seen a few rooms empty? The shower was hard to turn on. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at with the worst service. I do not recommend to anyone.

I couldn’t check in because you have no night staff. I payed and I got no email saying you had no night staff or any information. Waste of money that I won’t get back and I didn’t even have a chance to check in. You guys should inform people on that. Not everyone is local.

Worst service ever. We flew in from San Diego, when we came in to check in they did not have a 2 bedroom for us which we had reserve 6 days before. The rude, unprofessional front desk attendant was not helpful whatsoever stating he could not do anything for us and that it wasn’t his problem. He then went and got his “manager” whom was even worse. Off the bat he came out saying “your not going to tell my employee what to do” in a very aggressive matter. He stated many times he didn’t care about our reservation being for two rooms and could not help us, I was very insistent that he had to help us, after about 5 minutes of back and forth he said he had two, one bed rooms. After taking it as the only option, we head to our rooms and come to find a “storage” was going to us with lots of mattresses and a complete mess. When I came back to the front desk, all of a sudden they had a two bed room for us. I have stayed here man times as my parents live in this town, I can guarantee I will not ever come back to this property.
