“Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. I have video and photos. Also, no hot tub. This was a Christmas gift to each other. Our stay was under welming. ”

“Great Hotel, great room, one disappointment, the toilet, a little kid's toilet like the one you would find in a kindergarten bathroom. Seat height 12 inches from the floor. Disgusting, for anybody 6' foot tall its miserable. At least change a couple of rooms to the new toilets that came out 15 years ago and are 19-20" seat height. This is an easy fix. Couple of rooms done for around $800.

“If you desire peace and quiet with no children, this is the place to stay. From our room we had a gorgeous view of the countryside and the mountains. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. Parking was easy as it was right in front of the building. There were some downsides. Even with the heating vents covered the room felt hot at night. Opening the balcony door solved the problem.
