"Make sure to check in for each reservation. I made a reservation, then noticed I needed another day. I was not told I would need to check in again for the new reservation. I was called while I was in church. The person told me, "You have not checked out. Check out time is 11:00am, and the maids needed to clean the room. That was when I found out I needed to check out then check in." It could have been taken care of when I checked in for the first reservation. I was not happy about that. But now I know what needs to be done if this happens again. All and all my stay was great. The breakfast was at the top. Thank you again for the information and the help."

"Room was clean and staff were very helpful. Only downside I saw was you could only do valet parking at a nightly cost. I was told they didn’t have self parking available."

"I love this place, not super fancy but very clean and comfortable. Well maintained, the bathrooms show no signs of age. The breakfast is great, waffles, eggs, toast, oatmeal, cottage cheese, cereal. Get a room with a balcony overlooking the marina, its beautiful and calm and 100% worth it. The waterfront park and two great restaurants are within walking distance. Parking isnt free tho, its 18$ a night."

"Embassy Suites always, consistently offers a clean place to stay, large rooms and friendly staff. One tip on this particular property (Walnut Creek); park in the public parking next door instead of the hotel garage. It’s more accessible, it’s cheaper, and you will always find a space. Just a few steps further away which is no big deal."
