Hi Jason, Thank you for your 5 star review. Unfortunately, you came in early spring when they are just filling the lake back up after the winter draw down. The water depth at our dock is over 6 feet deep when the lake is full, from May to end of the year. Every winter they release water to allow homeowners to work on docks and sea walls. We have upgraded all of the bunk mattresses to a 10" pillow top so it would be comfortable for adults, the bunk beds are also made out of heavy-duty steel to support adults. We also have the fold out sofa bed, this is an ungraded queen memory foam mattress. We welcome you back anytime.

Hi Colleen, We are confused about the refrigerator? It is a brand new refrigerator, we checked in the same day you checked out and stayed for the following week and had no problems with the refrigerator. It stayed nice and cool the entire time. As I mentioned in our phone conversation to please call us anytime and we would do anything to help. After your initial phone call the afternoon you checked in, as we said it might take a little bit to cool down with putting warm items when it’s a 102 out. We never heard from you about the refrigerator after that, we only heard from you when asking about a late check out which we graciously granted you.
