In 2022, they made their dream come true by purchasing this beautiful fixer-upper and transforming it into Camp Sunny Waters. Inspired by their fondest memories of summer camp, they hope that you too will make lasting memories during your stay.

About the Space: Camp Sunny Waters is designed with warm, nostalgic touches reminiscent of summer camps, offering a cozy yet spacious environment. The open floor plan seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, with large windows that frame breathtaking views of the lake. You’ll love gathering around the fire pit, relaxing on the deck, or heading down to the water for a day of fun.

Guest Access:
All guest will have access to the entire house, dock and hot tub. Access to boat is only available with a charter guide certified Captain licence through the U.S. Coast Guard and pre approval from owner. An up-charge will be applied and varies by season and hourly. NOT Available :A Boat Slip, Lift or Trailer parking .
