Family vacation

High Tide was a very nice place. Clean and well equipped. Being lake front with a boat dock was a bonus for us. It made for great boating activities!!

Great for large groups

Houses were perfect for a large group. Decks were great to watch the lake and hang outside. Water was a little too choppy to swim in.

Overall, it was okay, the homes were not well stocked and the coffee machines were broken and without parts needed which was a big bummer. The homes were clean but there were lots of stains on floors, base and walls. The location was nice, but the main cove got very busy when weather was nice.

I hosted a family reunion with 24 folks staying in both houses. We spent most of our time in the high tide home as it was the most roomy for everyone to sit and enjoy each others company. The pictures are a little misleading and the house needs some updating. All bathrooms needed more hooks for towels. The pictures made it seem like the 2 houses had connecting backyards but this was not the case and was still hiller then we expected. It was extremely hot during our visit the air conditioners struggled to keep up to keep the houses cool. The two houses met our needs and overall the family had a good time.

LOZ 50TH Birthday Stay

After multiple conversations with Pam the property manager, we decided to book our stay at the Moon and High Tide Properties. The homes were perfect for the size of the party that we had (23) and the amenities of the homes were perfect. The thought that went into having so many necessities ie. beach towels, bathroom towels, toiletries as well as kitchen necessities ie. spices/ coffee etc made our stay very comfortable. The dock for the bigger home needs some TLC ie Cleats missing and tiles worn and loose. Overall, our stay was wonderful, our group had an amazing time and would definitely recommend both homes for large parties. Thank you LakeDays Rentals... you guys were amazing. Michael
