Lanham Sunrise Medical Center Hotels

"The hotel is extremely outdated. The hallways and rooms were poorly lit, and the windows were dirty, both inside and out. I kept my blinds closed throughout my stay because of the dirty windows. The hotel charges $150 for incidentals, which is refundable after three days. However, I’ve stayed in better hotels that only charge $50 for incidentals. I do believe the hotel would benefit from a much needed makeover and changes in their policies. "

"The inside of the hotel, the lobby and the restaurant are lovely. The staff were very friendly. The coffee maker in our room was broken. In the bathroom there was a very long strand of hair left on the wall from the previous guest. That was a little gross. "

"Couldn’t access our room without an employee. After 16 keys none of them would open our door. We had to wait in the lobby for 45 min until they came back to let us in the room. When I got in the room there was poop in the toilet from the previous guest and I was told to plunge it. Dirty sheets with blood etc. I booked a two bed room they moved us to a bed and sofa couch that’s a twin not a queen like I paid for. Floor was filthy I cleaned it with their towels "
