「This resort was very calm and relaxing. Exactly what I wanted. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. The breakfast bar was great. Huge shout out to Alexis, Ana, Florinda, and Javier. They greeted me every morning at breakfast and were so welcoming and attentive. Thank you!
I also enjoyed how they honored the Expedia VIP status. There was a bottle of champagne in my room upon arrival with a hand-written letter. I also received a $90 credit at the gift shop.
I enjoyed the activities.....

「The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. 」

「Will definitely be staying again. Everyone was incredibly accommodating. We were able to walk out of our room to our patio and directly into the pool which was excellent」
