「我們在這裡住了兩個晚上，感謝飯店幫忙安排熱氣球公司的活動，讓我們可以順利搭乘；在飯店前的廣場也可以看到熱氣球升空的畫面，非常特別的體驗!另外，我們最後一天要離開時，因為要趕飛機(怕來不及吃早餐)，所以餐廳特別提早十分鐘讓我們開始吃早餐，餐廳的服務員還特別作了土式煎餅給我們吃，熱熱的吃，好過癮啊~~~最後，有關飯店附近的觀光景點，工作人員也非常熱心推薦與說明，讓我們玩得盡興!」

「Design looks amazing! Very close to town and the people there very kind and helpful, always try their best efforts to assist the guest. Unfourtanly, we failed to watch the hot air balloon from the hotel due the weather reason, but we also take some good picture from hotel Terrance. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「The room was beautiful! The shower water had good pressure and was warm. The towels were of very nice quality. The rooftop terrace had many pillows for seating to watch the balloons in the morning. The staff was kind and helpful. 」

「The manager Ali was incredibly helpful. He arranged for us to have a hot air balloon ride after our original reservation was cancelled; he arranged airport shuttle. He extended our check out time so we could get a nap after the balloon ride. And more. The room was quiet, and easy to sleep in. We recommend this hotel whole heartedly.」

「Recently opened by entrepreneurial owners who run a clean establishment in an easygoing, helpful, friendly way. We are able to arrange transportation etc with them without a huge premiums. Rooms are nicely sized and comfortable. Breakfast is served four flights up by a the most welcoming/adorable hostess on a lovely roof terrace. A welcome change from the monotony of chain hotels. Ask for an upper floor room so you can enjoy the great views. 」

"I stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it! Maybe it’s low season for tourists, they upgraded my room and it’s even more spacious than the one I booked. The jacuzzi and fireplace in the room were in use as it was freezing outside. There’s a little garden in front of the room that you can overlook the whole town. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good too! "
