"The house is beautiful, roomy, and well-appointed within walking distance to the community pool and two boardwalks over the marshes. The golf cart really came in handy for beach runs, quick trips to the island’s markets, and just tooling around. The host is friendly and responsive. All in all, we had a wonderful visit. Highly recommend! "

"The location was ideal for us as we were multiple families staying together for a golf tournament. The kitchen was well equipped, except not enough kitchen towels. We had to contact the property management group to come back to do additional cleaning of the outdoor dining area as it was quite dirty. The gas grill was in very poor and dirty condition and frankly needs replaced.Also, it quickly became a parent that there was no hot water our first evening. After doing some of our own troubleshooting, we discovered the breaker to the hot water heater was off. There is also an issue with raccoons in the evening as wellDespite the above issues, beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space with hangers. Check in and out was very easy,Space itself seemed smaller than we expected. ."

"We stayed at the home because we had a wedding to on Lady’s island. The owners of the home were very quick to respond to my text. I had to contact them on Thanksgiving day and they were great about getting done what we needed."
