"Breakfast was better at McDonalds next door. Rooms were clean . Looks like they tried to half update/remodel the rooms. Bathroom and shower were better at a Motel 6. The beds are on top of a metal spring foundation which makes those weird metal springy creaks when you roll over. Staff was very pleasant. It worked for what I needed.......affordable 1 night stay for a tournament"

"The hotel I stayed at was amazing, and I will return to it when I visit family again. They don't have a bellman because it's not that type of facility. Despite this, they assisted me with my luggage when I arrived and left. Due to my disability, I am unable to lift my suitcase either from my car or within the hotel. Upon my arrival, they sent someone to assist me, and my suitcase was heavy. He came into my room and put it on the luggage rack. I have no idea what I would have done without their assistance."

"Lack of lighting. Nobody at the front desk answers the phone. The sound of traffic was loud all night and disrupted our sleep. The push carts were all wobbly. Not impressed. Guest kept knocking on our door and disappearing. Will not return."

"I gave it 4 stars for amenities, based on the room having a microwave and refrigerator, but the bathroom sink is too small without a counter, there's no table or stand in the bathroom, the ironing board was broken, the water pressure was low, and the circuit breaker had blown 2 times while using the microwave. "

"We stayed one night for 375.00. The walls are very thin and we could hear every little sound. The mattress felt like it should have been replaced years ago. Took a shower before I got into bed and there wasn’t any conditioner. The outside trash at the front entrance was spilling over when we arrived and was the same as hen we left. I’ve stayed at other properties within this chain of hotels in the past. They are typically well maintained. This particular hotel left a lot to be desired"

"First room we had the beds were broken and coming off the base. Had to wait for housekeeping just to tell us no that’s not something I can do we need to get maintenance who eventually showed up only to be told that he needed housekeeping too as the beds needed to be fully torn apart to be fixed. Rooms were then switched. New room was ok. The bathroom faucet was extremely loose. Chips and scratches in bathing are. 3-4 times we had to go back downstairs to the front desk because the keys stopped working…hotel is a little tricky to find as it sits behind the shopping center. "
