The Space:
Occupying the entire ground floor, this luxurious apartment offers exclusive access to its own lap pool and picturesque glimpses of the Mooloolaba Spit. Recently refurbished in November 2023, every detail has been carefully crafted with high-end furnishings, fixtures, and finishes. The chef’s kitchen features large serving windows that open up to the deck, making it perfect for entertaining or enjoying quiet meals with the sound of the ocean in the background.

Bedroom 2: Twin single beds
Bedroom 3: Queen bed

Located on Parkyn Parade, right on the Mooloolaba Spit, this apartment offers direct beach access and is just steps from Mooloolaba Main Beach and The Wharf Mooloolaba. Enjoy a variety of cafés, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance.
Getting Around:
Walk – Everything in Mooloolaba is within walking distance.
Car – 2-minute drive to Coles Express, 20 minutes to Sunshine Coast Airport, 45 minutes to Noosa, and 1hr 20min to Brisbane.
Other Things to Note:
🔹 Rates: Stay for 7 or more nights and enjoy 10% off the standard rate. Stay for 21 or more nights and receive a 20% discount — with rates automatically adjusted at the time of booking.
🔹 Linen, bath towels, and essentials are provided, including a starter pack of toiletries & kitchen basics. (For stays longer than 2 days, we recommend bringing extra supplies.)
🔹PLEASE BE AWARE - We do require a pre-authorisation for this property of $500.00. This is taken at the time of check-in using a credit card or debit card. This amount is held off your available funds and released after 10-14 days to cover any miscellaneous charges, damages, or breakages. This constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions of Holiday Mooloolaba.
