The amenities were poorly maintained, and we notified Caloundra Holidays about them and showed them photos, which we are still trying to send to them.A better selection of pots and pans would be an improvement. Caloundra Holidays did give us a new sauce pan and frying pan, but we think they were probably a cheaper kind, since the fry pan burnt on it's first use on the lowest setting of the stovetop element. Apparently the single beds in the second bedroom are very uncomfortable according to our guests, one of whom went elsewhere after the first night.However the location and view are fantastic but still don't warrant the high rental fee because of the run down condition of the unit.
