Welcome to your light-filled, ground-floor apartment, offering an effortless holiday experience, perfect for families. Step straight from your private shaded patio to the heated pool, enjoying uninterrupted water views over Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island, and the shipping lanes. Relax as you watch sailboats and paddle boarders drift by, or take a few steps to the heated pool, spa, and BBQ area for easy, laid-back days.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire ground-floor apartment, including the private shaded patio with direct access to the heated pool. You can also enjoy shared access to the resort's spa and BBQ area. Secure undercover parking for one car is provided per property.



Key collection for after-hours or Sunday arrivals is handled via a lockbox located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive your lockbox code on the day of arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Please take note of the following important information:

Linen Policy:

For bookings created after September 26, 2025, linen will be supplied, but guests will need to make the beds upon arrival.

For bookings made prior to September 26, 2025, guests will need to supply their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, bath mats, face washers, and tea towels) or arrange for hire at an additional fee.

Booking Terms: Prices vary according to the season, and minimum booking nights apply, which also vary for different seasons.

WiFi: Please note that WiFi is not available at this property.



Interaction with Guests:

Host interaction is minimal, primarily for key collection via a lockbox for after-hours or Sunday arrivals. We are available by phone or message if needed during your stay.
