Stay at Monterey

The location of the property is great and the view to the beach amazing. The kitchen has most of what you would need. The rooms are all a good size but the bed in the main room (the king bed) was waaaay too soft for us and very uncomfortable. We switched to the Queen bed which was slightly better. the hot water system is only small, so for 6 people is a bit tricky having to wait 20-30 mins for it to warm up again for the next person.

Great location but filthy

The unit is in desperate need of a spring clean. The couch was covered in black mound and was smeared with dirt and blood. I spent two hours on arrival wiping down the couch and cleaning windows. The unit also needs to be thoroughly decluttered as all the fans barely worked and a lot of crockery was damaged and broken. The mops and brooms were also filthy so it made it difficult to clean it well.
