Tucked away in a peaceful location on Noosa Hill with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a resort style pool this ideal holiday house will allow all visitors to relax and unwind! Plus pet friendly!

This holiday house is multi-functional and flexible to suit a variety of family needs - from large or small families, groups of friends, multi generation, couples, solos, and room for extended family.

Heated Pool - enjoy swimming all year in the heated pool.
From its location on Eugarie Street you have access to the world famous Hastings Streets bars and restaurants, the stunning Noosa Main Beach, a multi-cultural and stylish range of Noosa junction restaurants, and many other amenities including bottle shops, supermarkets, bakeries, and boutique shopping.
Elevation and breath-taking views are on offer from all levels of three stories high, Industrial Chic' holiday abode. You will feel on top of the world overlooking these panoramic North, West and South views expanding as far as the eye can see, ocean glimpses, gorgeous Noosa River views around to Lake Weyba and beyond.
Stylish simplicity with black & whites tones throughout this holiday home will suit families and friends looking to get away!
The bottom level consists of a second lounge room with TV, kitchenette, laundry and fourth bedroom. This level opens onto an expansive deck overlooking a beautifully landscaped concrete pool. Perfect to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Being fully fenced there is plenty of room for kids to play with grassed areas also for furry family members.
There is parking for 2 cars which is a great benefit in central Noosa.

Airport: Sunshine Coast Airport - this is the closest airport to Noosa, located half an hour's drive south in Maroochydore. Direct flights operate from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast multiple times a day.
Bedding: Master - Queen + TV; Second - Queen; Third - 2 x Singles
Please note – Under no circumstance is this home to be used as a party venue or for functions or gatherings. Breaching these rules results in immediate termination of your booking, also the Bond can be withheld.
Pets - Pet Friendly Fee - there is a $150 per dog fee - all dogs on application and then approval.
There are also common sense pet rules that we kindly ask our guests to abide by when bringing their dog to our pet friendly holiday properties.
