Lovely house in a great location!

We have really enjoyed our stay, particularly the fact that we could have walked to both Noosa Heads and Noosaville. We liked this location of being in between. there are a lot of great restaurants/caffes in Noosaville overlooking the water, great sunsets, friendly vibe. On the other hand we walked to Hastings St., the main beach and National Park. There is also a ferry that can take one to places, if one does not like walking.

The property itself was exceptional. All furnishings were lovely, the beds comfortable and amenities clean and tidy. Location suited us (an easy 20 min walk to Hastings Street) and it was nice having a view of the river.At the time of booking, the advertisement for the property stated it had a 'private pool' - this was deceiving given the pool is communal - I believe this wording has since been updated. Only 2 pool lounges in the pool area, would be a good idea to have more as there were 4 of us staying and there are another 3 apartments in the complex all of who have access to the pool. Having access to a key from the pool area to the river area would have also been helpful, allowing guests to have access from the pool to the grassed area along the river. Initially our host was great, however, during the course of our stay, we found the host a little tricky to deal with. Communication wasn't exactly very clear. Initially we dealt direct via email and phone, however, during out stay, communication was all via the Stayz messaging app. Would be helpful also to have more shower towels, pool towels and toilet paper made available for guests for the entirety of their stay.

Property is perfectly positioned to take advantage of Main Beach, Hastings Street and Noosaville. Perfect spot to appreciate all Noosa has to offer. Very stylishly decorated and an abundance of necessary items. Can highly recommend.

A lovely unit. Very comfortable. Great position on an inlet from the Noosa River, so we had our own little beach. Ideal for our little boat which we could moor just outside the unit. Our little dog (cattle cross) was right at home.. He's an outside dog (never comes inside) so he had the ground-level courtyard and the upstairs deck, connected by the external staricase, to move around in

Very comfortable property

The place is very spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable for family. location on river gave great viewing of water activity and access to water’s edge. It is noisy being next to main road but it didn’t bother us. It’s about 20min walk to Hasting’s Street at average pace.

We love our stay here Short walk to Hasting street. Loved the water location and the outdoor courtyard was excellent for my little Maltese dog. Very comfortable,fabulously furnished and the best equipped kitchen I have ever used in rented holiday accomodation.
