Please note from the 28th of April until the 28th of June the unit above (Unit 7) will be doing renovations to their bathrooms. This will unfortunately mean there will be noise and dust intermittently during this period. We apologise for any inconvenience.
This 2 bedroom unit with an extra large family room is located in a brilliant holiday position in central Kings Beach less than 50m from the surf.
Situated on the second floor you can enjoy fantastic views over Kings Beach, watch the waves breaking on the sand or the ships sailing past further out to sea.
The unit comfortably sleeps 6 people and has 2 bathrooms, microwave, TV with DVD, dryer, 3 pedestal fans and a lock up garage.
Perfect for the family with the attractions of Kings Beach Park, restaurants, shops & surf club all close by.
Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are pedestal fans supplied.

Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.
