The Marcoola Markets are a 5 minute drive away - on Friday nights, grab your favourite fare from the local food trucks, and on Saturday mornings it transforms into a delicious farmers market! Ocean Street, Maroochydore is a 12 minute Uber away, with some of the Sunshine Coast's hottest clubs, bars and restaurants (our pick is modern Japanese Soka - so good!)

-The owners reside on the property, however you will have your own private entry and the exclusive use of everything contained within the apartment. Guests do no have access to the pool, driveway or garage
-There is plenty of free street parking available in front of the property - please do not use the garage or driveway for parking
-Pets are absolutely welcome - our limit is 1x10kg dog
-Children are welcome but please be aware this property is not set up for babies or toddlers - there is no travel cot, children's cutlery or toys available
