The unit is located a short walk to Kings Beach with its wonderful restaurants, cafes, Surf Club, Tavern, waterpark, children's playground, free BBQs and tidal pool.
Unit 19 is located on the second level with approximately 24 steps from road level. There are about 15 internal steps from the living area to the bedrooms.
Parking is an under carpark with one designated spot, it may not be suitable for 4WD's. There are several free car parks directly out the front of the complex though.

The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $87 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
