A beautifully styled, modern executive holiday home located on the edge of Dicky Beach. An easy walk to everything from coffee shops and restaurants to the popular Dicky Beach Surf Club and so much more.

An easy 300 m stroll will see you dipping your toes into the water or catching a wave or two at one of the areas local swimming/surfing spots. You are at the patrolled Dicky Beach area.

If you feel like coffee, take a stroll and you are at the local cafes and restaurants. There is also a newsagency, hairdresser, convenience store, chemist, bottle shop, or enjoy a relaxing massage.

The local Coastal Pathway is close and can take you on a 5km scenic return walk or cycle to Currimundi Lake on the ocean front or bush paths or 10km return to Kings Beach via Moffat and Shelly Beaches.

As your car rolls in the garage, you take the few stairs to the first level of this luxury home. Welcome to the pool level with a comfortable sitting room and 2 spacious bedrooms, laundry and a bathroom with separate toilet. The second level leads to an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is modern and equipped for all your holiday needs.

The Master bedroom is fit for a king featuring a beautiful ensuite and ceiling to floor windows.

After a day at the beach, relax in the pool or sit on the balcony and enjoy a relaxing meal or drink.
