「Location is great… but updating is needed for the room and bathrooms… curtain was smelly… beddings and pillows can be replaced with a new stock.. after so many years of use.」

「The property is in a good location and although we didn’t use it, the pool area was nice. We booked a two bedroom villa and we were apparently upgraded to a two bedroom loft. It did not feel like an upgrade. We didn’t use the extra space at all as there were only four of us. Our villa was an end unit, which might have been good noise-wise, but didn’t have much of a view at all. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the villa as we were out exploring but we might have if we had a nicer outdoor space....

「The property was surface clean. Bottom of shower needed work, couch had stains (blankets would help), light bulbs burned out, pillow slip stains, dirty bbq, dirty coffee pot. You can tell that the cleaners are not putting in any effort, and there is no one checking on their work. The biggest issue was the plugged sink drain. It seemed ok, but slow, for the first few days, but then when we used a large amount of water in the sink, it wouldn’t drain. A plumber was called, but was unable to fix it...
