"Great room my wife and I stayed in. The view was very beautiful at night too. The downside was we didn't know if the mini fridge was on or not. The main reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars was the breakfast buffet had stale bagels and no waffle maker. There were apples and oranges, but some bananas would be a nice addition as well for fruit choices. All in all, great space. Great area that's close by the Convention Center. Would love to go back when I have FanExpo come around."

"The hotel was functionally very good. The lighting in the room was very sparse. There was no easy outlet to get to by the desk and there was no lamp or lighting there. The beds were great, comfortable with really nice bedding and pillows. Parking was easy. Staff was really good. I thought it was good value for what we paid."

"I liked the size of the place, and large parking lot and the fact that there were cameras there*. I liked the convenience of a restaurant downstairs with coffee. I liked that the front desk person helped me find the hotel, later in the night, when my GPS was taking me in literal circles and def the wrong exit. (That's a complaint of it's own--Google!) I liked the staff responded when I complained about people.... (* See what I didn't like) Because of the large houseless presence in the parking lot and obvious drug deals. It is a big and very populated in this awful economy... (and don't get me wrong, I feel for them. I carry around items: clothing, food, water, blankets, etc. to give out to some who touch my heart.) But with others, I don't feel super comfortable. Especially in the first floor with sliding glass doors–room they tried to put me in, which was not especially clean and did not have good energy. When I was moved to the second floor, it was like night and day. Much cleaner, much nicer with a city view to boot. *The biggest complaint is that there are folks who are lame enough to think that if they sneak a smoke in their room, that no one will ever know! Oh...we knew all right. For non-smokers, which is most people, it's very disgusting! So much so, that the fire alarm went off one night and everyone had to file down the stairs and out the door. Fire Dept came too. They need to put a stop on behavior. Fine those people!"
