“The unit is the downstairs of an older house and you can tell in some of the details: creaky floors, uneven walls, etc. Overall, however, the unit is nicely decorated and furnished; it looks nice, is clean, and is a pleasant place to stay overall. The company hosting the unit did a great job quickly responding when we asked for Kleenex dish towels, and another pot - those things were delivered the same day. The only thing that would make me hesitate to stay here again was the beds. Both……

“This cozy place was wonderful to stay at with family. They said it was like staying at GranMa’s house . It was centrally located to so many places we wanted to see. The grocery stores were convenient too. We will be back.”

“The Itty Bitty Inn was a perfect stay for my sister and me. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a very nice coffee cart, and the home was spotless. It is in a quiet location that has access to stores and restaurants within a short walk or drive. The Inn is close to a very pretty state park with opportunities for kayaking and other outdoor activities.”

“Comfortable and clean. Location was near to attractions we wanted see and places for dinner. Be aware of steps to get to upstairs lodging. Ice in refrigerator was great fir refilling cooler.”

“Great property”

“Was very pleased to have AC and fans during heat of summer and need to spend lots of time indoors due to smoke. Well equipped and functional kitchen. Proximity to Duluth. North Shore, and the Apostle Island Lakeshore.”

“The house was clean and communication was wonderful. We had a small issue with the dishwasher and it was fixed within a couple hours! As others said, the house is old and there was a slight musty. Overall, the house worked well for us and the proximity to Duluth was nice.”

“The green bean was cozy”

“The communication and check in process was fantastic. The house was very spacious in a lovely neighborhood!”

“The property was immaculate and adorable. It was very comfortable for our family while we enjoyed the Duluth-Superior area. Everything from parking to heating/cooling was clearly communicated and easy to follow. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.”

“Very attentive owners very roomy nice location enjoyable stay in Superior, WI thank you !”

“Yes. Here’s a polished version for an Expedia review. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Common Avenue. Check-in and check-out were very easy and smooth. Communication with the hosts, Taylor and Madison, was excellent. Their instructions were clear, detailed, and very easy to follow, which made everything simple and stress-free. The home was exactly as described online. Everything was clean, neat, comfortable, and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very……

“Great experience, easy to stay. Thanks”

“It was great. Home was clean and felt cozy.”

“This place was AMAZING! The hot tub was fun and we loved the colorful decor in all the rooms”

“Check in and communication was good. Good location to be near to many points of interest and activities. Property description should have been updated to reflect details of AC and status of garage. The AC was 1 window unit in 1 bedroom upstairs. It was not sufficient to keep sleeping area cool, even with the property supplied fans. The downstairs was completely un-air conditioned. This may not have been an issue other times of the year but it was exceptionally hot during our stay, and that is……

“Cute house across the bridge from Duluth. Perfect for our mountain biking trip. We appreciated the central air and comfy bed after a hot day of riding, and the garage was a nice bonus for safely storing our bikes. While we didn't use it, the kitchen was well-appointed. Lots of nice touches here and there. Great base camp for 1-2 couples or a small family!”

“Property description stated air conditioning. I may have missed it but it was a window air conditioner in the bedroom which did not help in the kitchen. Also the TV was in front of the same window. Thankfully the weather was not too hot. Property did have a fan but it was just as loud as the air conditioner. Otherwise good property to stay in, We would again, The crock pot availability was nice on vacation as well, came back from a day exploring and dinner was ready.”
