Great communication. LOTS of pool and beach toys supplied in their outdoor closet- floats, bikes, wagon, spike ball, sand toys. Had a great time with many little kids!

Best Vacation Location

This rental by far exceeded our expectations. The location was close to everything needed. The bedroom/bathroom arrangement was perfect for the family and the master on main was just what we needed. The kitchen and dining area was plenty of room was cooking and seating for our family of 10! We will only book here for our future Holden Beach vacations!

Multiple Families - Holiday Week

For starters the house location was wonderful! Although it is a 2nd row home, the public access walk to the beach was right outside the front door. The interior from the large open kitchen to the double porches to see the ocean were great and well accommodating! Plenty of seating for everyone in our group of 7 and the bathrooms in every room was a plus! The amenities were top notch and any issues that came up throughout our stay the owner, Rob, was very responsive and helpful! Definitely recommend, would love to stay here again in the summer time!

Great Experience

My family and I booked this property for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect. The location was great and only being 25 steps away from the beach access was a plus with small children. We caught a nice break in the weather and had three days in the mid 70's so our children were able to play in the water so the boogie boards and beach chairs that were provided were a nice touch. The house was perfectly furnished with everything that we needed. Our family also enjoyed playing the board games that were furnished in the living room. The bonus room upstairs was a great place for our kids to play with legos and other toys the brought and became known as their "secret lair". Rob the property manager was very prompt and helpful in all communications. Overall we had a great experience and would absolutely book this property again!

Our 50th Anniversary

The property worked very nicely for our family of nine. Plenty of room. We liked the location of the property. The back yard with pool was beautiful. Heating the pool would have been nice as the pool was too cold to use at this time of year. We would choose to return to this property on our next visit to Holden Beach.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay! Rob, the property manager, and his team were super responsive and excellent to work with from booking to check out! The house is beautiful, spacious, super clean and in a great location. Ocean views and beach access just across the street. Laid back island and beach, gentle waves perfect for younger kids and adults that enjoy actually swimming in the ocean and not getting bowled down by giant waves. We will definitely return. Highly recommend! Ps Don't miss the ice cream sundaes at Fantasy Isle just across the bridge!

This pristine home is even better than the pictures, and it now has a brand new pool and hot tub!! Ocean views galore and easy beach access, right across the street!! Kitchen very well stocked! BEAUTIFUL home! The ONLY negative (for our family) is I wish there were more king beds and a bunk room! Rob was just as terrific as the house!!

Great Beach Week!

We loved this house! It was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for our family of 8. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was big and bright, every room had its own bathroom, and the porch views were great. The beach access was so convenient it made it easy to come and go during the day. None of us wanted to leave. Hopefully we can visit again next year!

Seaside Escape with Family

The gorgeous beach cottage was very large with beautiful views from all the decks. Beach access was right across the street. We had a great time and definitely recommend this property!
