Amazing home

We’ve been coming to Holden Beach for 30 years and this is one of the most well equipped homes we’ve stayed in. Filtered water, ice machine, plenty of fridge space, great beds, great HVAC, very well equipped kitchen. All 15 of us loved this property.

The house was amazing, plenty of room for the 11 of us. The little ones loved the pool. And as a bonus, we got to see two turtle boils.

Wonderful family time

We loved our stay at Sandy Dunes where members of five families from North Carolina and Pennsylvania reconnected for a wonderful sun filled week. The 8 bedrooms were a perfect configuration for the 19 of us, from 3 years to 72 years and everything in between. The common space was very easy for groups and the porches were wonderful. We did wish the pool were a little bigger, but that was the only negative. Great time in a great space!!

Spectacular Property

I never write reviews, but would like to take the time. This property is everything as listed. We fit a family of 14 in here comfortably! House was spotless, very well stocked. We chose this property because it was in the middle of our families. Two families came from Fl and one from NJ. Holden Beach was different for us from FL because there is NO 'entertainment' near by. However, our family did enjoy eating all of the meals at 'home' and the family time it created by staying 'home'. Lots of laughs! The property is right on the beach, and the pool is perfect! (and warm!)

We had a great week!

The house worked great for our family. The ice maker was not expected and it was great to have available. The elevator helps with getting the luggage up to the floors without doing the steps. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing vaca spot for multiple families!

Overall this place checked all the boxes plus some! Plenty of space for everyone (4 families- 14 ppl), kitchen was completely stocked, lots of refrigerators and ice maker was huge!!, entertainment areas were nice and huge deck for storing beach equipment or hanging out after the kids went down. Only suggestions I would give would be to upgrade the TVs in the main living room space (need to be larger), multiple washer dryer combos (already slated to be installed according to the notice posted in the kitchen) and a larger trash can to accommodate kitchen size bags. Will be back!!
