It was an amazing hotel. Very clean. All staff from reception, restaurant staff, waiters, cleaners, were very courteous. The breakfast had a large variety of food. Our room was facing the river. Will recommend this hotel

This is become like a heritage with first being Rama Regency and then TAJ and now finally managed by Marriott.
Location is just amazing and view of river Tapi is so serene.
Management May audit plumbing and Refrigerators as in a 5 star people expect flaw less service.

Excellent hotel,good location,brilliant staff I would recommend the hotel but the room I stayed in had a problem with shower door.
The door wouldn’t close so after shower all the water is on the floor is wet .

I think is the best hotel in Surat
