Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The accommodation was not up to the standards that we thought of. Firstly, the place was so dirty on the carpets and under the couches. Secondly, the water kettle jug in the kitchen was so dirty and filthy. We had to buy our own jug to boil the water. The jug had some particles inside and it's now rusty. Thirdly, the mirror in the bathroom had a sharp corner and my daughter was hurt and had a big cut. Fourthly, the front door is hard to lock when leaving the property. The property needs to be cleaned all the time to avoid infections.

Misleading Listing.

I was under the impression that "entire house' was just that - the entire house. This was not what this property was. It was shared with the bottom part of the house. And the property had the laundry at the bottom part of the house, which we could not use. I was unaware that the provision of a washing machine in an 'entire house' listing would be considered a special feature. This was misleading. I was staying there with my family for a week - we needed a washing machine. I would not have booked this property if I'd known that. I received minimal communication about this when I used the 'chat' feature. We had a lovely holiday, but this was simply very misleading. Omit the 'entire house' wording on this property. I would even go further to say that there is NO washing machine under the LAUNDRY section. The word LAUNDRY implies a washing machine at the very least.
