Upstairs there is a big open lounge/dining/kitchen (recently renovated)with a balcony off this to enjoy sundowners after a big day at the beach.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms all with queen beds and a large modern family bathroom. There is another deck off the main bedroom.

Downstairs is a kids bedroom room with 3 single beds and another queen bedroom - this section is completely self contained with a new kitchen and full bathroom, perfect for family members that cannot do stairs or the teenagers. This is where the games room is and will make this house perfect for the kids.

The house is in a great location - 7 minute walk to the beautiful patrolled Surf Beach and less than 2 minute drive to the local shops and restaurants.

Please note this house is not for parties. No noise after 10pm. Guests will be asked to leave if there is excessive noise/people.
