The apartment was beautiful but it was extremely dirty, they didn’t change sheets in two rooms, and blinds were broken. Trash behind couch and the door system was extremely hard to get in. I wouldn’t stay here again

The truth is I didn't think I was going to find such a dirty property. I called to report it because the floors were dirty, one of the bathrooms even had mold, the toilet seat is dirty, the second bathroom was clogged, I reported it anyway and nothing. In the end they told me if you decide to stay clean, if the bed sheets are dirty, wash them and the plumber never came. The truth is terrible service. I have proof of everything I'm saying and I sent it to them but they never did anything. They gave me $100 for what I had cleaned as if I were going on vacation and I would have to clean where I was going to stay.
